Some of them (marked dpd) are in Ovation Pro format - this is a full-featured, yet easy to use, desktop publishing program. This is now a free program which will enable you to read and, if you wish, print out these books. It has extremely versatile printing abilities so will give much better results that printing the pdf!
Ovation Pro is available from Dave Pilling Software. Considering the wealth of features it offers, should you wish to purchase it after the trial period of free use, the asking price is trivial by windows standards!
